Note the poor little fellow on the chair? wasn’t enough room so had to pull him up and use him for other things….

Delicious soup!

Made heaps of this, used the whole celery plant leaves and all, plus some left over spaghetti, plus tomato, carrot, sage (also from the garden), beans and lentils. Tonight’s dinner! Yum!

I was also very productive today trimming the lavender, sage and mint. I decided not to waste any of it and have tied it up to dry in the spare room!
